Cortney’s Lily

What a delightful shoot! Our first baby shoot was with Cortney and Lily – Cortney’s first baby. Oh my goodness! That sweet face! It took us a while to figure out where we wanted to shoot, you know, trying to find a good backdrop and then finding the perfect outfit for Lily. Which, the perfect outfit turned out to be none at all. I think my favorite picture is the first one, with Lily all cuddled up on the blanket on her tummy, asleep, eyebrows scrunched up from the flash going off right above her. I was really hoping she wouldn’t leave me a present on my orange silk comforter. Turned out she is an incredibly well-behaved 2 week old baby! I also have to give Lily major props for doing so well in the cold wooden bowl.

Thanks you two sweeties for the great memories. We are so glad these turned out so beautifully.
